Pilates Exer-Soft Balls, otherwise known as a Pilates mini balls or Pilates overballs are used in many Pilates classes to support body parts such as the hips, back, or knees. They provide an unstable surface which makes exercises more challenging and increases core strength. They can also provide resistance, toning, and activation in certain exercises, for example, when squeezed between the knees to strengthen the inner thighs.

These Soft Pilates Balls are made from durable and burst resistant PVC and can be inflated/deflated to the desired size with the included straw. They provide excellent grip and the 7" diameter is a size commonly used by instructors for many small Pilates ball exercises.
