This Align-Pilates H1 Home Pilates Reformer is designed to allow you to get all the benefits of a studio Pilates workout in the comfort of your own home without the need for a dedicated studio. The H1 reformers are designed for home use, but they share many of our commercial reformers' key features. The H1 offers fluid, progressive resistance with the same music wire springs of our professional reformers, along with a range of adjustments that allow you to tailor the machine to your workout requirements. A smooth and quiet ride is guaranteed by the mirrored stainless-steel runners. When not in use, the H1 Pilates Reformer can be easily wheeled around and stored safely out of the way by standing, meaning it does not require any space when not in use.

It is possible to use the H1 for jumping exercises with the H-Series Jump Board and to raise the carriage bed from 23cm to the more popular 40cm height by adding leg extensions. Warning when standing your reformer: Your reformer should only be stood up in places where there is no risk of it being knocked over by other activities in the same room.
