Great accessory for delicate knees
I had been folding my mat over previously to do exercises on my knees, but purchased these (for myself and my husband) - they provide a great deal of comfort (and give you confidence) when going onto all fours for example. They are convenient to take with you to the gym and do give you that bit more thickness and protection than using a mat or towel. Would definitely recommend.
