Meditation Cushions

Part of the 'battle' of being able to drop into your meditation practice is ensuring you are comfortable! Our Yoga-Mad meditation cushions can be used to create a simple, supportive and easy meditation space at home, or in the studio, or wherever you choose to practice. By using a cushion, it lifts the hips and helps to allow your spine to come into an easy alignment. Everyone is different when it comes to their preferred choice so we have a range of different styles of cushion, to suit your needs, from crescent shaped to bolsters. Yoga blankets are also great for laying across your lap, to reduce drafts if you are sitting in a chillier environment.
