During either reformer Pilates or matwork, this block can be used for a number of exercises and purposes, including as a head block, between the knees or to correct pelvic tilt to aid correct alignment and posture. Alongside being ideal for Pilates, they can be used for yoga, fusion-style classes, as well as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or athletic conditioning. This block is made from a combination of EVA & TPE foam, which provides a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block. Also available in 3" x 6" x 9" (medium) or 2" x 10" x 13" (large).
