A Pilates block, often referred to as a foam cushion, is a perfect addition to any fully equipped Pilates studio or gym. This 2" x 10" x 13" large Pilates block has a large flat surface making it ideal for use as a sitting block during either reformer Pilates or matwork. In addition to Pilates, they are also suitable for yoga and fusion classes, as well as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and athletic conditioning. This block is made from a combination of EVA & TPE foam, which provides a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block. Also available in 1" x 6" x 9" (small) or 3" x 6" x 9" (medium).
