This 3" x 6" x 9" medium Pilates block as it offers 3", 6" and 9" depths it can be used for a wide range of exercises and will provide a variety of challenge levels to suit all clients. Aids in correct alignment and posture during matwork or reformer Pilates. In addition to Pilates, they are also suitable for yoga and fusion classes, as well as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and athletic conditioning. This block is made from a combination of EVA & TPE foam, which provides a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block. Also available in 1" x 6" x 9" (small) or 2" x 10" x 13" (large).
