By opening the lever, you can lengthen the rope by pulling it through. It's ideal for studios and instructors who are looking for the ultimate refinement of their reformer's performance. Align-Pilates commercial reformers can be adapted to accept these adjustable ropes by modifying the T-bar rope adjuster. The process takes less than 10 minutes, and you can do it yourself.
