Good for foot and leg exercises

I bought the wobble board because I used a similar one in my physical therapy. It is good for foot and leg exercises. Also it was challenging to try some of the exercises I saw on TV. But it turned out to be hard doing exercises sitting on the wobble board due to the bumps.
