A Swiss Ball, also known as an exercise gym ball or fitness stability ball, are designed for use in fitness, Pilates, yoga, physiotherapy, and various other Fit Ball workouts. It can also be used as a seat or unstable surface to make exercises more challenging and build core strength. This 500kg extra-strong gym balls can withstand even the most intense usage, making them perfect exercise balls for gyms, studios, and fitness clubs, or for fitness ball exercises with weights.

The 500kg Studio Pro Swiss Ball is made from very thick and durable PVC. It can bear over 500kg in normal use � although laboratory testing has shown it can bear a static load of over 1.5 tons. In the event that the stability ball is punctured, the anti-burst technology will ensure that it deflates slowly and safely. The inflation of a Swiss Ball can be adjusted using a Swiss Ball Pump � not exceeding the stated diameter. Swiss Balls come in various sizes (55cm, 65cm, or 75cm) to accommodate different heights, exercise needs, and stability level � with smaller diameters typically intended for shorter individuals. However, the choice also depends on the type of exercise being performed. For lighter workouts we recommend our 150kg or 300kg Swiss Balls.
