Swiss Balls, also known as exercise gym balls or fitness stability balls, are designed for use in fitness, Pilates, yoga, physiotherapy, and various other Fit Ball workouts. They are used as an unstable surface or seat to make exercises more challenging and build core strength. The 500kg Studio Pro Swiss Balls are made from very thick and durable PVC. They can bear over 500kg in normal use — although laboratory testing has shown they can bear a static load of over 1.5 tons. In the event that the stability ball is punctured, the anti-burst technology will ensure that they deflate slowly and safely. The inflation of a Swiss Ball can be adjusted with a Swiss Ball Pump — not exceeding the stated diameter. Swiss Balls come in various sizes to accommodate different heights, exercise needs, and stability level — with smaller diameters typically intended for shorter individuals. However, the choice also depends on the type of exercise being performed.
