12'' Exer-Soft Pilates Ball - Graphite (Pilates-Mad)
Description
The Exer-Soft Pilates Ball, otherwise known as an overball or mini ball, is a piece of matwork Pilates equipment used in Pilates classes to support parts of the body — such as the back, hips, or knees — and provide an unstable surface to increase core strength. It can also be held or squeezed to provide resistance and activate targeted muscles, for example when held between the hands or legs while performing certain Pilates exercises.
This Pilates Ball is made from strong and burst resistant PVC and can be inflated to the desired size with the included straw. Its tactile surface has excellent grip and its large, 12" diameter makes it particularly suited as a supportive base underneath the back or knees. The smaller 7" and 9" sizes can be more suited to providing support to smaller areas of the body, but also down to personal preference.
