Soft Pilates Weights are designed for strengthening, plyometrics, balance, and mobilisation exercises — providing resistance to target and tone specific muscle groups. Designed to be easily gripped in the hand, these weighted balls offer a more fluid range of motion compared to using a standard dumbbell.

The soft PVC design is also safer, reducing the risk of damage or injury if the weight is dropped, and helps to promote the development of functional grip strength. Each weighted ball weighs 1kg, making them suited for all levels of Pilates and a versatile of balance, strength, and conditioning training. Available in 0.5kg or 1.5kg pair.
