The F3 takes the folding Pilates reformers to a new level. Designed to deliver the same ride quality as our commercial Reformers, it incorporates many of the same components and features. The F3 now boasts aluminium runners and a specially designed carriage that does not cross the join of the fold ensuring no compromise in ride quality. Enjoy a smoother, more stable ride with our fully updated carriage.
The F-Series was developed to bring the benefits of a Pilates Reformer workout into your home, without the need to have a dedicated space. Featuring the same springs as our commercial reformers, the F3 offers smooth and progressive resistance with a range of adjustments to fine tune the machine for your workout. The Align-Pilates F3 Folding Pilates Reformer folds up in a matter of minutes into a compact and self-contained machine that can be easily wheeled around and stored safely out of the way. The F3 can be used for jumping exercises with the addition of the Jump Board. We recommend that the F3 Reformer is opened and closed by two people. However, it can be opened and closed by a single person, as the lifting weight is similar to lifting a heavy suitcase.

Just received my F3 folding pilates reformer. I took my time on and off and used the video and it is straight forward to set up. I used the replay option a lot but got there and was pleased with the outcome. It is sturdy and rolls well.
