Large Upholstered Postural Wedge
Description
A Pilates Postural Wedge is designed to fit on top of the Pilates Reformer carriage between the shoulder rests to provide a slope of 13 degrees. This allows the user to adopt an inclined form, which can act as a cushion for hip pain, neck pain, spinal alignment, Â or other physiotherapeutic needs. One of the most common uses of the seat wedge is to help pregnant women avoid lying flat on their back while exercising, which is why it is also referred to as a Pilates Pregnancy Wedge.
