Roll Up Metal Pilates Pole - 32"
Description
The 32" Roll Up Metal Pilates Pole helps in aiding alignment and increasing the focus on scapular stabilisation during Pilates exercises performed on the Reformer, Ladder Barrel, or matwork Pilates. The shorter 32" Pilates Pole has more versatility than a 60" Gondola Pole and can easily fit inside the Reformer straps for certain exercises. The increased weight from the iron construction provides extra resistance and exercise difficulty. Also available in the 60" version, plus lighter wooden 32"and 60" versions.
